Where are your goods made?

We're slightly fanatical about quality so our products are made on the beautiful coast of Maine to make sure things are up to our exacting standards. We even print our own premium paper with eco-solvent ink. 

Do you offer a bespoke (custom) option?

That's mostly what we do! We love to collaborate to provide you something that will be as unique as your celebration and provide a wonderful memory for your guests.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, we're sorry but at this time our focus is on bespoke crackers. If you would like to be considered as a future wholesale account, please contact us. 

When should I order by?

The lead time on all bespoke crackers will vary considerably depending on how much the crackers are customized, what sort of gift is enclosed and so on. We recommend a minimum of 6-8 weeks before your event, but it could take several months.

For anything we have in stock, we ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Urgent or priority orders must be received by noon for same day dispatch. We ship via USPS and highly recommend upgrading to priority mail from November 15 - December 30.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship only to the US and Canada. (For shipping outside North America, please contact us.) The buyer is responsible for any import, duty or customs fees that may apply.

What is your returns policy?

All custom goods are final sale. For any other goods, we accept returns within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. 

All international orders and outlet goods are considered final sale.
